They did eventually refund our shipping due to the delay, but it is up in the air whether we will be able to return or exchange the incorrect rolls. All the cutter machines are designed for the rolls to be cored. No other company sends these without them being on a core. We ended up having to buy empty rolls from another company and hand rolling each 10yd roll ourselves. None of the rolls of vinyl we received from them were cored, which caused endless complications in use on our cutter (and would on any cutter). and despite having even provided a photo and swatch samples to prove it was the wrong items, they argued with us that we had the right items. When it got here only 2 of the 3 items were correct. The remaining three rolls of our order were not shipped for a week and took most of another week to arrive. They partially shipped it and said the rest would be shipped in a couple days.
